X Care Store guarantees the consumer the return or exchange of products within a period not exceeding 7 days from receipt of the order in case they do not wish for the product. Condition that the product is in its original condition, the same as at the time of purchase, with all its accessories, and that the customer ships the product at their expense to the store's address in Riyadh, at their own cost. After receiving the products and verifying their safety, the value of the products only, excluding shipping costs, will be transferred directly to the customer. In case the product has any defects, the store bears the full shipping costs. X Care Store also guarantees the customer a refund if they do not receive the product from shipping companies within 14 working days from their order, and the refund is processed within 7 to 24 working days. Also, if the customer purchases a product with free shipping or reduced shipping fee, and wishes to return or exchange the product, the shipping cost will be deducted from both the outbound and return trips. If the product to be exchanged is not available through the website, the customer will be contacted to obtain their permission if they wish for a different product. Products that have been opened will not be exchanged or returned unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
